Somewhere
An Elephant blinks dry
At the centre of it’s dark hole
Nothing, but a memory…We built structures,
Methods of working
Our own protected avenues to roam though. We pushed each other up hills, panting all the way.
Encompassed in our own world,
Determined and rushing. Our bind splashed over our enclosures
Declarations cut into metal
You and I
Forever.This remains.
But you moved on
Passed away
They call this the flow of all things, to comfort me?
To justify?
To reach? Our building abandoned in the heat
I find you elsewhere and in everything
As we all do.
Together we meet your abundance
Awestruck and terrifiedAnd I know; I cannot live without you.

Thoughts on the Telephone process
Trying to decipher the message or thoughts offered by the photographs was tricky, impossible. In the end I just wrote what I saw and felt and hoped it would be blessed with the uncanny.
