Thoughts on the Telephone process
It was a very interesting process for me, I’m not sure how to explain it, but the second I saw the work from the other artist the words “Sail Away” came to my mind. It almost felt like someone was saying it to my ear. I had no idea what I was going to receive, and yet the message felt very strong. I think it is only a proof of the strength that visual language has, and how important it is for artists to listen to our own voice and make work accordingly.”
