Thomas C. Chung, ...It'll Soon Be Winter, installation

Born in Hong Kong in 1981, Thomas C. Chung is an Australian artist, based in Sydney and Scandinavia. In 2004, Chung completed his BFA at the College of Fine Arts at the University of New South Wales.

For the past eight years, he has received several artist residencies, travelling to New London (USA), Gothenburg (Sweden), Kemijärvi (Finland), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Shanghai (China). His work has been featured widely in both print and online publications including The Daily Telegraph, Australian Art Collector, Göteborgs-Posten, Helsingborgs Dagblad, Lapin Kansa and Yen Magazine.

He is currently represented by Darger HQ (USA) & Thank You Very Much (Argentina).

I think it's important to be an artist that participates in all types of experiments, situations & exhibitions. Art's all about expanding our horizons, so why not through our personal practice too?
